I watched a video the other day, and it really struck me as something that I should share with you all. As you can probably guess, I watch a lot of videos about sustainability and follow a lot of influencers (for lack of a better term) who talk about how we as individuals can do our part to help the planet.
But this particular video struck me as pretty great, as the research that went into it would have taken a lot of time, effort and passion. Well, let’s just say that it would have taken a lot of hard work, and you should definitely give it a watch.
It is a video by Gittemary Johanson on youtube. I think her channel is great in general, but this video really stood out to me.
It seems it is a part of a series about different materials and their environmental impact, but it goes far beyond just the normal advice and goes into really deep research on how the material is made, how it can be disposed of, and the ins and outs of its lifecycle.
This is really great to see, and I just wanted to showcase it, because we need more research like this out there in the Zero Waste community. So check it out!
