New Years Resolution – More Vitamin D

This year, I have one more resolution up my sleeve that I am working on this month. I am attempting to go outside, in the sun for 20 minutes every day. I am sure for a lot of you, this doesn’t seem like a challenge at all, but for a perpetual work-a-holic such as myself, I have to admit that I very rarely get any sun, unless you count sitting in my tinted windowed car on my morning commute to work.

But I know I need to work on a lot of new things in 2020, which means I have to look after myself, to ensure I can get everything done. In 2019, I really made a big effort to get into a good sleep routine, but this year, I need to make sure I get outside, get some sun, and get a bit of fresh air every single day.

I am not sure how I am going to go, or even if I am going to be able to do it, but this is something really important to my health and wellbeing, so if any of you have any ideas to help me stick to this one, I would love to hear them.
